Congratulations on winning a Scholarship in the Youth Bowling Tour Southern Ontario. We hope that you are able to continue your education and benefit from this award.
You may use your scholarship towards any form of accredited educational or training program. Scholarship funds will also be paid to cover necessary course materials, or for enrollment in an
accredited bowling institution or accredited bowling camp. Scholarships may also be used towards the entry fee to the C.T.F. Canadian Team Trials. You must claim your award before your 26th birthday.
Scholarships are not transferrable. In the event you disenroll from a post-secondary program after an award claim payment has been made, the unused funds must be returned to the Youth Bowling Tour to be held until you re-register.
Scholarship funds are held in a separate account, and are paid out as follows:
Payments to Educational Institutions
Funds may be sent directly to Canadian educational institutions. Please allow at least 2 weeks prior to tuition due dates to allow for scholarship and documentation verification and institution processing before funds are credited to your student account. For non-Canadian schools, you
must pay the school directly and be re-imbursed.
Payments to Award Recipients
Funds may be re-imbursed for payments already made to educational/training institutions.
Fees for course materials, bowling institutions/camps, and CTT entries must be paid by you and re-imbursement claimed.
For all claims you will be asked to provide a copy of your tuition invoice or student account statement, or a copy of your paid invoice. If you have paid in another currency, we will also
need the exchange rate used.
